The previous companies Loser Chemie GmbH, FRESITEC GmbH and Chemische Werke Tangermünde GmbH have merged into Loser Chemie GmbH.
Why? So far, many related technologies of recovery of precious raw materials have been located in various holding companies. In order to be able to offer our customers even more consistent solutions from a single source, it was necessary to merge the competences. Now all topics related to raw material recovery are combined under one roof. This makes the entire group of companies even more powerful and brings positive synergy effects for our customers.
The headquarters of the company will be located at the former location of FRESITEC GmbH in Freiberg on the erstwhile SolarWorld site. The site of Chemische Werke Tangermünde GmbH will be continued as the Saxony-Anhalt branch of Loser Chemie GmbH. As a result of this merger, the former chief technologist of Loser Chemie GmbH, Dr. Wolfram Palitzsch and the former Managing Director of FRESITEC GmbH, Dr. Ingo Röver will take over the management of Loser Chemie GmbH.
For you as our customers and partners otherwise changes nothing. In addition, we will be able to offer you an even more comprehensive portfolio for the processing of valuable raw materials beyond the usual range of services.
